The game in Zalaegerszeg was also quite interesting. Second ranked Miskolc (5-1) played at the court of 6th ranked ZTE NKK (2-4). Miskolc managed to secure a 5-point victory 67-62 on Saturday. The guests started the game with a very strong first quarter 24-10. But ZTE NKK won third quarter 26-12. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The game was decided in the last minutes when Miskolc won last quarter 16-12. They also forced 19 ZTE NKK turnovers. The best player for the winners was Mali center Naignouma Coulibaly (191-89, agency: Regeneracom Sports) who had a double-double by scoring 12 points and 13 rebounds. The former international guard Orsolya Szecsi (190-92, college: Duquesne, agency: Interperformances) chipped in 10 points and 8 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was international forward Dorina Zele (185-92) who recorded a double-double by scoring 23 points and 14 rebounds and the former international center Zsofia Horvath (191-82) added 13 points and 5 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) respectively. Miskolc have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 5-1 record behind leader UNIQA Eurol. Loser ZTE NKK keeps the sixth place with four games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
