The game in Kaposvar was also worth to mention about. One of their biggest challengers Falco KC (7-4) played at the court of fifth ranked Kaposvari (7-4). Kaposvari defeated Falco KC 100-84. It was a very close game until the last quarter, when Kaposvari's pressure prevailed and they won that period 30-20 extending their advantage to 16 points. They dominated down low during the game scoring 70 of its points in the paint compared to Falco KC's 48. Kaposvari players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international power forward Roland Hendlein (204-86) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 25 points and 14 rebounds and American Nikolas Raivio (193-86, college: Portland) who added 25 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists during the contest. Four Kaposvari players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was Montenegrin point guard Goran Martinic (187-87) with 23 points and swingman Zoltan Perl (195-95, agency: Laszlo Vinko Group) scored 15 points and 7 rebounds. Falco KC's coach Laszlo Kalman rotated twelve players seeing no chance for a win. Kaposvari have a solid four-game winning streak. They moved-up to fourth place, which they share with defeated Falco KC. Kaposvari will play against league's second-placed Sopron KC on the road in the next round and it may be the game of the week. Falco KC will play against Alba and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
