Very expected game when 8th ranked Gloria Moscow (8-10) was defeated on the road by second ranked BC Rostov (11-5) 82-65 on Monday. BC Rostov dominated down low during the game scoring 50 of its points in the paint compared to Gloria Moscow's 24. BC Rostov forced 19 Gloria Moscow turnovers. Center Elena Kharchenko (196-83, agency: LBM Management) scored 9 points and 19 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and forward Yana Kotova (187-88) chipped in 14 points and 7 rebounds (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field) during the contest.
