Tenth-ranked MAFC (3-10) used its home court advantage to challenge fifth ranked Kaposvari (8-5) in Budapest. The visitors from Kaposvar managed to secure only one-point victory 79-78. However their fans expected much easier game. MAFC was ahead by 8 points after three quarters before a 19-10 charge of Kaposvari, which allowed them to win the game.
