Regular Season Round 22: Rostov - MBA-Dynamo 84-56

Superleague top team - BC Rostov (15-5) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed sixth ranked MBA-Dynamo (10-12) 84-56. BC Rostov forced 20 MBA-Dynamo turnovers. It was a great shooting night for BC Rostov especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 58.8 percentage. Forward Maria Kaytukova (173-92) notched 15 points and 9 assists to lead the effort and guard Alexandra Stolyar (179-92) supported her with 14 points. Four BC Rostov players scored in double figures. Even 14 points by Ekaterina Sytnyak (184-82, agency: LBM Management) did not help to save the game for MBA-Dynamo. Anna Leshovceva (182-87) added 13 points and 4 steals for lost side. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. BC Rostov have an impressive seven-game winning streak. BC Rostov maintains first position with 15-5 record. MBA-Dynamo at the other side dropped to the seventh place with 12 games lost. BC Rostov will play against league's second-placed Ladoga SP in St.Petersburg in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. MBA-Dynamo will play on the road against Stavropol (#10) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
