Regular Season Round 21: Atomeromu - Falco KC 100-74

The game had a very big importance for second-ranked Atomeromu as it allowed them to take a leadership position. Atomeromu smashed 4th placed Falco KC in Paks 100-74. The game without a history. Atomeromu led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to Falco KC's 30. It was a good game for American swingman Ryan Evans (203-90, college: Wisconsin) who led his team to a victory with 23 points (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field). Naturalized American power forward Jarrod Jones (205-90, college: Ball St.) contributed with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. Four Atomeromu players scored in double figures. Serbian power forward Zoran Krstanovic (204-82) answered with 27 points and Montenegrin point guard Goran Martinic (187-87) added 12 points and 6 assists in the effort for Falco KC. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Atomeromu (16-2) have an impressive series of nine victories in a row. As mentioned above they are alone now at the top position. Falco KC at the other side keeps the fourth place with six games lost. Falco KC will play next round against PVSK Pannon trying to get back on the winning streak. Atomeromu will try to continue on its current victory against third ranked KTE-Duna Aszfalt in Kecskemet.
