Leader Atomeromu delivered the seventeenth victory. This time they beat 10th ranked Marso NYKK (6-13) 77-66 in Nyiregyhazi. The game was mostly controlled by Atomeromu. Marso NYKK was better in third quarter 17-9. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Naturalized American power forward Jarrod Jones (205-90, college: Ball St.) orchestrated the victory by scoring 12 points and 8 rebounds. American point guard Henry Dugat (183-87, college: Baylor) contributed with 13 points and 4 assists for the winners. Atomeromu's coach Branislav Dzunic allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Bosnian power forward Nermin Hujdurovic (205-88) answered with 27 points and 8 rebounds and Serbian power forward Marko Kolaric (212-84, college: Chaminade) added 8 points and 15 rebounds in the effort for Marso NYKK. Atomeromu (17-2) have an impressive series of ten victories in a row. They maintain first place. Marso NYKK at the other side keeps the tenth position with 13 games lost. Atomeromu will play against Alba (#7) in Szekesfehervar in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Marso NYKK will play on the road against KTE-Duna Aszfalt in Kecskemet and hopes to get back on the winning track.
