The most surprising game was another loss of top-ranked Atomeromu (17-3) in Szekesfehervar on Saturday night. Visitors were defeated by seventh ranked Alba (11-10) 101-97. They made 27-of-29 free shots (93.1 percent) during the game. 24 personal fouls committed by Atomeromu helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a good game for American guard Lasan Kromah (198-91, college: Connecticut) who led his team to a victory with 24 points and 6 rebounds (went 8 for 8 at the free throw line). The former international power forward Milan Csorvasi (209-88, agency: Laszlo Vinko Group) contributed with 22 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Four Alba players scored in double figures. Naturalized American power forward Jarrod Jones (205-90, college: Ball St.) replied with 26 points and 5 rebounds and American swingman Ryan Evans (203-90, college: Wisconsin) added 18 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Atomeromu. Atomeromu's coach Branislav Dzunic tried various players' combinations and tested in total twelve players in this game, but that didn't help. Alba have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain seventh position with 11-10 record. Atomeromu at the other side still keeps top place with three games lost. They share the position with Sopron KC. Alba are looking forward to face Jaszberenyi (#11) on the road in the next round. Atomeromu will have a break next round.
