Samara-SGEU was defeated by Universitet-Yugra in a tough game in Samara 71-75. 27 personal fouls committed by Samara-SGEU helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Power forward Andrey Kirdyachkin (207-90) answered with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 10 rebounds and point guard Alexandr Varnakov (185-92) added 18 points in the effort for Samara-SGEU. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Universitet-Yugra maintains ninth place with 12-9 record. Samara-SGEU at the other side keeps the third position with seven games lost.
