No shocking result in a game when Marso NYKK (9-16) beat ZTE KK (4-22) in Nyiregyhazi 100-87 on Thursday. The hosts were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. It was a good game for American point guard Ronnie Taylor (187-81, college: NC-Greensboro) who led his team to a victory with 39 points (!!!), 7 rebounds and 8 assists (on 12-of-15 shooting from the field). Serbian power forward Marko Kolaric (212-84, college: Chaminade) contributed with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 12 rebounds for the winners. Four Marso NYKK players scored in double figures. Serbian power forward Darko Cohadarevic (206-86, college: Texas Tech, agency: Octagon Europe) answered with 24 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists and Serbian guard Rade Dzambic (188-80, college: NYIT) added 9 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists in the effort for ZTE KK. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
