Second Stage Round 3: Szolnok - Atomeromu 80-67

An interesting game for Szolnok (3-0) which hosted in Szolnok Atomeromu (0-2). Szolnok managed to get a 13-point victory 80-67. The game was mostly controlled by Szolnok. Atomeromu was better in third quarter 22-13. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They made 18-of-22 charity shots (81.8 percent) during the game. The best player for the winners was American Michael Lee (206-86) who scored 21 points and 7 rebounds. International swingman David Vojvoda (196-90, agency: Laszlo Vinko Group) chipped in 11 points and 5 assists. Szolnok's coach Dragan Aleksic used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the other side the best for losing team was American point guard Henry Dugat (183-87, college: Baylor) who recorded 17 points and 5 rebounds and the other American import swingman Ryan Evans (203-90, college: Wisconsin, agency: APAA Sports Group) added 6 points and 13 rebounds respectively. Szolnok's next round opponent will be Sopron KC (#3) on the road, which may be the game of the day. Atomeromu will play against Kaposvari and hopes to get finally their first victory.
