Ninth-ranked Magnitka-Univ. (7-29) made lots of trouble for seventh ranked Musson (15-20) in Magnitogorsk on Tuesday. The visitors from Sevastopol managed to secure only one-point victory 88-87. However their fans expected easier game. Musson looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. The best player for the winners was guard Aleksey Almushev (198-90) who scored 23 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. Artem Popov (206-93) chipped in 20 points and 9 rebounds. Four Musson players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was Dmitriy Logunov who recorded 28 points (on 10-of-11 shooting from the field) and Daniil Aksenov added 17 points and 4 assists respectively. Magnitka-Univ.'s coach Artur Bigeev let to play ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Musson maintains seventh position in League with 15-20 record. Newly promoted Magnitka-Univ. keeps the ninth place with 29 games lost.
