Second Stage Round 4: Atomeromu - Kaposvari 93-86

Very important is a road loss of second ranked Kaposvari (1-2) against fifth ranked Atomeromu (1-2) on Wednesday night. Visiting Kaposvari was defeated by Atomeromu in a tough game in Paks 86-93. The hosts started the game with a very strong first quarter 28-19. But Kaposvari won third quarter 22-15. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Atomeromu made 18-of-21 charity shots (85.7 percent) during the game. Americans were the main players on the court. The winners were led by point guard Henry Dugat (183-87, college: Baylor) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 30 points, 7 rebounds and 10 assists and swingman Ryan Evans (203-90, college: Wisconsin, agency: APAA Sports Group) supported him with 17 points. Even a double-double of 18 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists by Nikolas Raivio (193-86, college: Portland) did not help to save the game for Kaposvari. point guard Branden Frazier (190-92, college: Fordham) added 18 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists for lost side. Four Atomeromu and five Kaposvari players scored in double figures. Atomeromu left bottom position moving up to third place in Division. Atomeromu will play against KTE-Duna Aszfalt (#4) in Kecskemet in the next round. Kaposvari will play at home against the league's second-placed Sopron KC to get more than just one victory in their record.
