Rather predictable result in Szeged where third ranked Szedeak (16-15) defeated 5th ranked Kormend (13-7) 106-91 on Wednesday. It was a very close game until the last quarter, when Szedeak's pressure prevailed and they won that period 28-20 extending their advantage to 15 points. They shot 61.5 percent from the field. Szedeak looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Serbian center Darko Balaban (211-89) fired a double-double by scoring 28 points and 11 rebounds for the winners.
