Regular Season Round 3: Kirov - Rusichi K. 91-64

Kirov smashed Rusichi K. at home 91-64. Kirov dominated down low during the game scoring 44 of its points in the paint compared to Rusichi K.'s 20. Kirov forced 45 Rusichi K. turnovers. It was a great shooting night for Kirov especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 52.9 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. 26 personal fouls committed by Rusichi K. helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The best player for the winners was Nikita Burkov who scored 25 points and 4 assists. Guard Alexander Semiglazov (189-93) chipped in 9 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists. Kirov's coach felt very confident that he used 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the other side the best for losing team was guard Kazulin Roman (187-94) who recorded 20 points and 5 steals and forward Anton Belov (202-81) added 13 points and 9 rebounds respectively. Rusichi K. will play next round against Tegas DR trying to get back on the winning streak. Kirov will try to continue on its current victory against Sogdiana-Skif in Voronezh.
