Important game to mention about took place in Kaposvar. Eighth ranked Kaposvari (3-3) saved a 3-point victory at home edging 11th ranked PVSK Pannon (2-4) 81-78 on Friday evening. Naturalized Serbian guard Marko Popadic (189-89) replied with 20 points and 5 rebounds and American point guard Will Walker (183-87, college: De Paul, agency: HMS) added 16 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for PVSK Pannon. Kaposvari moved-up to sixth place, which they share with ZTE KK and Sopron KC. PVSK Pannon at the other side dropped to the ninth position with four games lost. They share it with 3 other teams. Kaposvari will play against higher ranked Szolnok (#5) in Szolnok in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. PVSK Pannon will play on the road against Alba (#4) in Szekesfehervar and hopes to get back on the winning track.
