Regular Season Round 13: Univ.Surgut - TEMP-SUMZ 87-71

The game between third ranked TEMP-SUMZ Revda (7-5) and seventh ranked Universitet-Yugra (6-5) was the most important one in the last round on Sunday night. TEMP-SUMZ Revda was defeated by Universitet-Yugra in Surgut 87-71. Serbian Nikola Lepojevic (195-82, agency: BeoExcell) stepped up and scored 20 points for the winners and swingman Aleksandr Pushkin (202-87) chipped in 23 points (perfect behind the arc making all seven shots !!!). At the losing side point guard Anton Glazunov (181-86) responded with 17 points, 5 rebounds, 8 assists and 4 steals and forward Ivan Pavlov (200-89) scored 9 points and 9 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Universitet-Yugra have a solid series of three victories in a row. They maintain seventh place with 6-5 record. TEMP-SUMZ Revda at the other side dropped to the fourth position with five games lost. They share it with Samara-SGEU. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
