Regular Season Round 19: Tegas DR - Dynamo-MGTU 62-90

Leader Dynamo-MGTU recorded the nineteenth victory on Thursday night. This time they crushed 9th ranked Tegas DR (3-19) 90-62 in Dinskoy Rayon. Dynamo-MGTU looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. It was a great evening for Ukrainian center Nikolay Eremin (206-85) who led his team to a victory scoring 17 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists. Forward Ilya Khmara (194-89) helped adding 22 points and 5 rebounds. Five Dynamo-MGTU players scored in double figures. At the losing side swingman Vladislav Gusak (196-95) responded with 20 points and forward Viktor Dyachenko (198-92) scored 18 points and 5 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Dynamo-MGTU have a solid series of four victories in a row. They maintain first place with 19-1 record. Tegas DR lost sixth consecutive game. They stay dead last with 19 lost games. Dynamo-MGTU will meet Kirov (#4) on the road in the next round. Tegas DR will play against Elbrus Cherk. (#7) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
