The game between third ranked Rusichi K. (13-8) and eighth ranked Magnitka-Univ. (4-15) was the most important one in the last round on Friday night. Rusichi K. was defeated by Magnitka-Univ. in Magnitogorsk 78-60. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Rusichi K.. Magnitka-Univ. forced 20 Rusichi K. turnovers. Magnitka-Univ. maintains eighth place with 4-15 record. Newly promoted Rusichi K. keeps the third position with eight games lost. Magnitka-Univ. are again looking forward to face higher ranked Rusichi K. (#3) in Kursk in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
