Very expected game when 14th ranked Jaszberenyi (3-17) was defeated on the road by sixth ranked Sopron KC (13-7) 87-71 on Saturday. The hosts trailed by 6 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 12-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 87-71. Sopron KC outrebounded Jaszberenyi 36-24 including 25 on the defensive glass. The best player for the winners was Bosnian power forward Edin Bavcic (209-84, agency: Beo Basket) who scored 22 points and 8 rebounds. The former international Gergely Toth (206-89, agency: Interperformances) chipped in 16 points and 6 rebounds. Four Sopron KC players scored in double figures.
