An interesting game for UMMC Ekaterinburg (19-0) which hosted in Ekaterinburg 3rd ranked Spartak Vidnoye (14-5). Top-ranked UMMC Ekaterinburg had an easy win 81-52. It ended at the same time the eight-game winning streak of Spartak Vidnoye. UMMC Ekaterinburg dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Spartak Vidnoye's 36. They outrebounded Spartak Vidnoye 37-26 including a 29-15 advantage in defensive rebounds. Slovakian-American point guard Kristi Toliver (170-87, college: Maryland) orchestrated the victory by scoring 16 points and 4 assists. Vincentian-Spanish center Sancho Lyttle (193-83, college: Houston) contributed with 12 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Four UMMC Ekaterinburg players scored in double figures. International power forward Raisa Musina (191-98) replied with 19 points and 6 rebounds and international center Maria Vadeeva (193-98) added 14 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Spartak Vidnoye. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. UMMC Ekaterinburg have an impressive 19-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position with 19-0 record. Spartak Vidnoye at the other side dropped to the fourth place with five games lost.
