Regular Season Round 25: Geneve Lions - Lugano Tigers 67-60

The game between closely ranked teams ended with fourth ranked Geneve Lions' (19-6) home victory over 5th ranked Lugano Tigers (15-9) 67-60 on Friday. The game without a history. Geneve Lions led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. The former international power forward David Ramseier (202-87) fired 15 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. American point guard Justin Ingram (189-85, college: Toledo) chipped in 12 points and 5 assists. American point guard Dominique Rambo (183-91, college: SAGU) produced 16 points and 6 rebounds and the other American import forward Terrance Henry (206-89, college: Mississippi) added 12 points and 8 rebounds respectively for lost side. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for Geneve Lions. Defending champion moved-up to third place. Loser Lugano Tigers keep the fifth position with nine games lost. Geneve Lions will meet at home Swiss Central (#9) in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Lugano Tigers will play against Massagno (#6) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
