The game in Kaposvar was also worth to mention about. 6th ranked Sopron KC (16-10) played at the court of eighth ranked Kaposvari (12-14). Kaposvari did not have too big problems and got a relatively easy victory 112-93. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Sopron KC. The game was mostly controlled by Kaposvari. Sopron KC was better in fourth quarter 32-23. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Kaposvari shot 65.7 percent from the field. Kaposvari outrebounded Sopron KC 35-20 including 20 on the defensive glass. They shot the lights out from three nailing 13 long-distance shots on high 56.5 percentage. Kaposvari players were unselfish on offense dishing 29 assists. The former international power forward Roland Hendlein (206-86) notched a double-double by scoring 22 points and 17 rebounds to lead the effort and Croatian guard Hrvoje Puljko (193-83, agency: Mansfield and Associates) supported him with 33 points (!!!). Kaposvari's coach Zoran Kmezics allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Even 25 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists by Canadian point guard Hernst Laroche (185-89, college: N.Mexico St., agency: HMS) did not help to save the game for Sopron KC. International guard Andras Rujak (189-88) added 16 points and 5 assists for the guests. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Kaposvari maintains eighth position with 12-14 record. Sopron KC at the other side keeps the sixth place with ten games lost.
