There was no surprise in Szekesfehervar where 5th ranked Atomeromu (1-3) was crushed by third ranked Alba (2-1) 97-74. The game was mostly controlled by Alba. Atomeromu was better in second period 22-21. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The winners were led by American forward Ryan Pearson (198-90, college: George Mason, agency: Inception Sports) who scored that evening 28 points and 6 rebounds (on 12-of-15 shooting from the field) and Canadian point guard Kenny Chery (180-92, college: Baylor) supported him with 22 points and 6 assists. Five Alba players scored in double figures. Even a double-double of 15 points and 13 rebounds by American power forward Ryan Watkins (206-91, college: Boise St., agency: Pro Partner Sports Management) did not help to save the game for Atomeromu. His fellow American import forward Troy Barnies (200-89, college: Maine) added 16 points and 7 rebounds for lost side. Alba moved-up to second place in Division. Atomeromu at the other side keeps the fifth position with three games lost. Alba's next round opponent will be Kormend (#4) on the road.
