Boncourt smashed Massagno at home 87-67. The game without a history. Boncourt led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. American guard Trey Sumler (188, college: W.Carolina) stepped up and scored 15 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners and Serbian-Montenegrin center Nemanja Calasan (204-85, college: Purdue, agency: HMS) chipped in 13 points and 11 rebounds. Five Boncourt players scored in double figures. At the losing side American swingman Reggie Evans (194-89, college: Metro St.) responded with a double-double by scoring 25 points and 12 rebounds and the former international Daniel Andjelkovic (199-94) produced a double-double by scoring 14 points and 10 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Massagno will have a break next week, which should allow them to rest in order to get back on the winning path. Boncourt will try to continue on its current victory against Fribourg on the road.
