An interesting game where host Massagno (#8) won against 5th ranked Lugano Tigers 86-73 on Friday evening. The game was mostly controlled by Massagno. Lugano Tigers managed to win third quarter 25-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Massagno forced 20 Lugano Tigers turnovers. They dropped to the eighth position with three games lost. They share it with Neuchatel. Massagno will meet league's second-placed Monthey on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Lugano Tigers will play against Fribourg (#3) and hope to secure a win.
