Regular Season Round 25: Dynamo-Farm - Stavropol 88-41

The game between Top Four teams took place in Kursk. First ranked host Dynamo-Farm (26-1) smashed 4th placed Stavropol (12-15) 88-41. Dynamo-Farm held Stavropol to an opponent 24.6 percent shooting from the field compared to 52.9 percent accuracy of the winners. They outrebounded Stavropol 45-26 including a 30-16 advantage in defensive rebounds. Dynamo-Farm players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists comparing to just 12 passes made by Stavropol's players. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international center Tatiana Sema (193-96) who helped to win the game recording 17 points and 8 rebounds. Center Katerina Polyashova (188-96, agency: LBM Management) contributed with 17 points and 4 steals for the winners. Four Dynamo-Farm players scored in double figures. Power forward Tatyana Ignatchenko (188-89) answered with 7 points and 6 rebounds and power forward Elena Fedotova (185-90) added 6 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Stavropol. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Dynamo-Farm have a solid series of three victories in a row. They maintain first place with 26-1 record. Stavropol at the other side dropped to the sixth position with 15 games lost. Dynamo-Farm's next round opponent will be again Stavropol (#6) at home which should be theoretically another easy game.
