Regular Season Round 27: Dynamo-Farm - Rostov 74-46

An interesting game for Dynamo-Farm (28-1) which hosted in Kursk second-best BC Rostov (16-11). First ranked Dynamo-Farm had an easy win 74-46. Dynamo-Farm dominated down low during the game scoring 44 of its points in the paint compared to BC Rostov's 24. Dynamo-Farm forced 26 BC Rostov turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists comparing to just 9 passes made by BC Rostov's players. It was a great evening for center Elizaveta Shabanova (195-97) who led her team to a victory scoring 16 points and 9 rebounds. Center Katerina Polyashova (188-96, agency: LBM Management) helped adding 14 points and 8 rebounds. The best for the losing side was forward Yana Kotova (186-88) with 13 points and 7 rebounds and power forward Ekaterina Maschenkova (182-91) scored 13 points and 5 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Dynamo-Farm have an impressive series of five victories in a row. They maintain first place with 28-1 record. BC Rostov at the other side keeps the second position with 11 games lost. Dynamo-Farm will again play against league's second-placed BC Rostov at home in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. BC Rostov will have a break next round.
