Very predictable result in Budapest where fifth ranked Szolnok (15-8) defeated 13th ranked Vasas (4-19) 96-88 on Thursday. The guests trailed by 1 point after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 9-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 96-88. The best player for the winners was international swingman David Vojvoda (196-90) who scored 25 points. International power forward Janos Eilingsfeld (198-91) chipped in 8 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists.
