Very important is a road loss of Szolnok (18-10) against ZTE KK (18-10) on Thursday night. Visiting Szolnok was defeated by ZTE KK in a tough game in Zalaegerszeg 89-97. The hosts trailed by 5 points at the halftime before their 53-40 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. ZTE KK outrebounded Szolnok 48-20 including a 24-2 advantage in offensive rebounds. American-Puerto Rican point guard Emanuel Ubilla (188-86, college: Fair Dickinson, agency: Court Side) notched a triple-double by scoring 30 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists to lead the effort and American guard Julian Norfleet (188-91, college: Mt.St.Mary's) supported him with 24 points and 5 assists. Even 24 points and 4 assists by Montenegrin Nikola Pavlicevic (192-88) did not help to save the game for Szolnok. Croatian center Luksa Andric (208-85, agency: BeoBasket) added 19 points and 6 rebounds (perfect from the field making all eight shots !!!) for the guests. ZTE KK will meet Alba in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Szolnok will play against Kormend and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
