Second Stage Round 10: Sopron KC - KTE-Duna 68-71

Fifth-ranked Sopron KC (13-21) made lots of trouble for fourth ranked KTE-Duna (18-16). The visitors from Kecskemet managed to secure only three-point victory 71-68. However their fans expected easier game. The guests took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Sopron KC won third quarter 25-22. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Worth to mention a great performance of Serbian center Kemal Karahodzic (210-89) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 13 points and 15 rebounds. Naturalized Serbian forward Tomislav Ivosev (204-90, agency: 011 Sports) contributed with 10 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. American guard Brandon Johnson (183-86, college: San Diego, agency: BeoBasket) replied with 14 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists and naturalized Serbian center Marko Spica (205-86, college: Cent.Michigan, agency: Pro Partner Sports Management) added 15 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Sopron KC. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. KTE-Duna moved-up to third place, which they share with Szedeak. Sopron KC lost sixth consecutive game. They keep the fifth position with 21 games lost.
