Regular Season Round 3: PVSK-Veolia - Szedeak 75-67

The most surprising game was a loss of Szedeak (2-1) in Pecs on Wednesday night. Visitors were defeated by PVSK-Veolia (2-1) 75-67. The hosts trailed by 2 points at the halftime before their 41-31 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. It was a great evening for American guard Jabril Durham (185-94, college: Arkansas) who led his team to a victory scoring 29 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Croatian forward Veljko Budimir (199-85) helped adding 18 points and 5 rebounds. PVSK-Veolia's coach Ferenc Csirke used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was the former international power forward Levente Juhos (208-91, college: Moberly Area CC) with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 11 rebounds and Serbian guard Marko Boltic (193-87, agency: 011 Sports) scored 13 points, 7 rebounds and 9 assists. Four Szedeak players scored in double figures. PVSK-Veolia is looking forward to face Atomeromu (#5) in Paks in the next round. Szedeak will play at home against Szolnok and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
