Regular Season Round 3: Prievidza - USK Praha 78-73

The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of Czech USK Praha (0-1) on the court of Slovakian Prievidza on Wednesday night. Visitors were defeated by Prievidza 78-73. They made 16-of-19 free shots (84.2 percent) during the game. It was a good game for Jamaican-British forward Ryan Martin (206-91, college: Tenn Tech) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 11 rebounds. American point guard Rodney Glasgow (180-92, college: VMI) contributed with 15 points and 4 assists for the winners. Point guard Ondrej Sehnal (183-97) answered with 14 points and American point guard QJ Peterson (183-94, college: VMI) added 14 points and 4 steals in the effort for USK Praha. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Prievidza will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. USK Praha will play on the road against Vienna (#3) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
