Regular Season Round 6: Tajfun - BK Decin 81-87

Another exciting game for Czech BK Decin (2-2) which played in Sentjur against Slovenian Tajfun (1-3). Fifth ranked BK Decin won 87-81. BK Decin players were unselfish on offense dishing 24 assists. Tajfun was plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. Point guard Ondrej Siska (190-93) scored 19 points and 6 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) to lead the charge for the winners and power forward Pavel Houska (203-84, agency: Octagon Europe) chipped in 18 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. The best for the losing side was American point guard Darien Fernandez (173, college: Jacksonville) with 14 points, 7 rebounds and 8 assists and Jan Rizman (196-94) scored 18 points. Four BK Decin and five Tajfun players scored in double figures. Despite that victory BK Decin went down to sixth position (Group B) due to points difference, which they share with Rieker KN. Tajfun at the other side keeps the eighth place with three games lost. BK Decin will play against Rieker KN (#6) in Komarno in the next round. Tajfun will play on the road against Kormend to get more than just one victory in their record.
