The game in Paphou supposed to be also worth to mention about. Second ranked Keravnos (4-1) played at the court of 6th ranked APOP (1-4). Keravnos smashed APOP 93-71. Keravnos dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to APOP's 22. Keravnos forced 23 APOP turnovers and outrebounded them 40-27 including 25 on the defensive glass. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 24 assists. American swingman Cade Davis (197-88, college: Oklahoma, agency: Two Points) scored 30 points and 8 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and American-Somalian forward Mohamed Abukar (208-85, college: San Diego St., agency: Two Points) chipped in 32 points (on 13-of-17 shooting from the field) during the contest. APOP will play on the road against Enosis in Paralimni and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
