We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams when 12th ranked MAFC (3-10) lost to thirteenth ranked JP-Auto JKSE (3-9) in Jaszberenyi 66-77 on Thursday. The hosts were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. American guard Devante Wallace (196-92, college: High Point) nailed 21 points for the winning side and his fellow American import point guard Remon Nelson (175-90, college: USC Aiken, agency: 011 Sports) accounted for 18 points and 4 assists. Montenegrin guard Amin Hott (192-92) came up with 15 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists and Bahamas forward Bennet Davis (206-84, college: Northeastern, agency: Inception Sports) added 9 points and 9 rebounds respectively for MAFC in the defeat. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. JP-Auto JKSE moved-up to twelfth place. MAFC lost their third game in a row. They dropped to the thirteenth position with ten games lost. JP-Auto JKSE will meet league's second-placed Kormend on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. MAFC will play against Sopron KC (#14) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
