Rather predictable result when eighth ranked Pully (6-8) defeated at home 11th ranked Winterthur (2-12) 81-72. American guard Jonathan Wade (193-93, college: Norfolk St.) orchestrated the victory by scoring 33 points (!!!), 5 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals. Bahamas center Shaquille Cleare (203-93, college: Texas) contributed with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 11 rebounds (perfect from the field making all twelve shots !!!) for the winners. American point guard RJ Price (180-93, college: Radford) replied with 23 points and his fellow American import forward Alex Welsh (200-94, college: Colorado Springs) added 11 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Winterthur. Pully have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to seventh place, which they share with Monthey. Winterthur lost third consecutive game. They keep the eleventh position with 12 games lost. Pully will have a break next round. Winterthur will play at home against Boncourt (#6) and hope to win that game.
