Regular Season Round 16: Falco-Vulcano - JP-Auto JKSE 85-65

Not a big story in a game when 12th ranked JP-Auto JKSE (4-11) was outscored by third ranked Falco-Vulcano (10-5) in Szombathely 85-65. The game without a history. Falco-Vulcano led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Strangely JP-Auto JKSE outrebounded Falco-Vulcano 37-25 including 27 on the defensive glass. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists comparing to just 11 passes made by JP-Auto JKSE's players. Worth to mention a great performance of international swingman Zoltan Perl (195-95) who helped to win the game recording 23 points and 5 assists and Montenegrin swingman Milos Borisov (201-85) who added 11 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists during the contest. Four Falco-Vulcano players scored in double figures. Falco-Vulcano's coach Srecko Sekulovic used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side Bosnian center Ismet Sejfic (208-93, agency: XL Basketball Agency) responded with a double-double by scoring 10 points and 13 rebounds and American guard Devante Wallace (196-92, college: High Point) scored 18 points and 8 rebounds. Falco-Vulcano maintains third position with 10-5 record having just three points less than leader Szolnok, which they share with Alba. JP-Auto JKSE at the other side keeps the twelfth place with 11 games lost. Falco-Vulcano will play against MAFC (#13) in Budapest in the next round and are hoping to win another game. JP-Auto JKSE will play at home against DEAC and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
