No shocking result in a game in Kursk where fourth ranked Spartak Vidnoye (6-5) edged 10th ranked Inventa (3-9) 81-78 on Sunday. Spartak Vidnoye forced 22 Inventa turnovers. International Daria Kolosovskaya (182-96, agency: Stanislav Ryzhov) fired 14 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals for the winners. Croatian Ivana Dojkic (180-97) chipped in 17 points and 5 steals. Four Spartak Vidnoye players scored in double figures. Swingman Kristina Safonova (183-97) produced 14 points and 7 rebounds and power forward Katerina Polyashova (188-96, agency: LBM Management) added 17 points and 5 rebounds respectively for lost side. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. Spartak Vidnoye maintains fourth place with 6-5 record. Inventa lost their fourth game in a row. Newly promoted team keeps the tenth position with nine games lost. Spartak Vidnoye will face bottom-ranked Spartak Noginsk (#11) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Inventa will play against MBA in Moscow and hope to win that game.
