The game in Moscow was also quite interesting. 5th ranked Spartak Vidnoye (7-8) played at the court of sixth ranked MBA (7-8). MBA defeated Spartak Vidnoye 74-61 on Wednesday. MBA forced 20 Spartak Vidnoye turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of international Anna Leshovceva (181-87) who helped to win the game recording 18 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists and center Olga Gorbacheva (192-88, agency: LBM Management) who added 19 points and 10 rebounds (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field) during the contest. At the losing side international Daria Kolosovskaya (182-96, agency: Stanislav Ryzhov) responded with 17 points and the former international forward Julia Gladkova (185-94, agency: ProDep Management) scored 10 points and 9 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. MBA moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Sparta&K MR and Enisey. MBA will meet league's leader UMMC Ekaterinburg on the road in the next round and it may be the game of the week. Spartak Vidnoye will play against Dynamo Moscow and hope to secure a win.
