Regular Season Round 18: Keravnos - Enosis 85-57

An interesting game for Keravnos (12-3) which hosted in Strovolos 4th ranked Enosis (8-8). Second ranked Keravnos had an easy win 85-57. Keravnos dominated down low during the game scoring 46 of its points in the paint compared to Enosis' 26. They outrebounded Enosis 41-30 including a 33-22 advantage in defensive rebounds. Keravnos looked well-organized offensively handing out 28 assists comparing to just 8 passes made by Enosis' players. American players dominated the game. It was a good game for power forward Terell Parks (204-91, college: W.Illinois) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 26 points and 11 rebounds (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field). Dalton Pepper (196-90, college: Temple) contributed with 8 points, 7 rebounds and 8 assists for the winners. Point guard Anthony Hickey (180-92, college: Oklahoma St., agency: Alti Sport) replied with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 10 rebounds and guard Teyvon Myers (188-94, college: W.Virginia) added 12 points and 4 assists in the effort for Enosis. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Keravnos have a solid three-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains second position with 12-3 record behind leader AEK. Enosis lost third consecutive game. They keep the fourth place with eight games lost. Keravnos are looking forward to face Etha (#5) in Nicosia in the next round. Enosis will have a break next round.
