Superleague 1 top team - Samara-SGEU (29-6) had no problems winning another game on Monday. This time they crushed fourteenth ranked Ryazan (3-31) 93-63. Samara-SGEU dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Ryazan's 30. Samara-SGEU forced 23 Ryazan turnovers and outrebounded them 37-24 including 24 on the defensive glass. 29 personal fouls committed by Ryazan helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities.
