There was no surprise in Szeged where 13th ranked MAFC (6-20) was crushed by tenth ranked Szedeak (11-15) 108-85 on Wednesday. The game without a history. Szedeak led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They shot the lights out from three sinking 15 long-distance shots on high 51.7 percentage. Szedeak looked well-organized offensively handing out 34 assists comparing to just 17 passes made by MAFC's players. The best player for the winners was American guard Josh Fortune (196-94, college: Colorado) who scored 31 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Serbian guard Marko Boltic (193-87, agency: 011 Sports) chipped in a double-double by scoring 13 points, 7 rebounds and 18 assists. American forward Toney McCray (196-89, college: Nebraska) produced 28 points and 8 rebounds and naturalized Serbian power forward Nebojsa Dukic (206-88, agency: 011 Sports) added 21 points respectively for the guests. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Szedeak maintains tenth position with 11-15 record. Loser MAFC keeps the thirteenth place with 20 games lost.
