Second Stage Round 4: Atomeromu - PVSK-Veolia 84-91

An interesting game for PVSK-Veolia (16-14) which played road game in Paks against 3rd ranked Atomeromu (14-15). First ranked PVSK-Veolia managed to get a 7-point victory 91-84. It looked good early as Atomeromu took a 3-point small lead at the end of first quarter. But then PVSK-Veolia had a 30-25 second period charge getting the lead and Atomeromu was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 84-91. PVSK-Veolia dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Atomeromu's 32. American guard Jabril Durham (185-94, college: Arkansas) fired 25 points and 7 assists for the winners. Croatian forward Veljko Budimir (199-85) chipped in 25 points and 6 rebounds. American point guard Jabarie Hinds (180-92, college: Massachusetts, agency: Two Points) produced 24 points and 6 assists and international power forward Janos Eilingsfeld (198-91) added 15 points and 11 rebounds respectively for lost side. Four Atomeromu players scored in double figures. PVSK-Veolia maintains first position in Division with 16-14 record. Atomeromu at the other side keeps the third place with 15 games lost. PVSK-Veolia will have a break next round. Atomeromu will play on the road against the league's second-placed ZTE KK in Zalaegerszeg and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
