Very predictable result in Szekszard where Atomeromu (2-0) smashed PINKK-Pecsi (0-1) 82-55. The game without a history. Atomeromu led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding PINKK-Pecsi to just 4 points in second quarter. Atomeromu dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to PINKK-Pecsi's 30. They outrebounded PINKK-Pecsi 35-18 including 24 on the defensive glass. International forward Livia Gereben (183-99) nailed 12 points and 6 rebounds for the winning side and Australian center Abby Bishop (189-88) accounted for 11 points and 7 rebounds. Four Atomeromu players scored in double figures. Atomeromu's coach Zeljko Djokic felt very confident using entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Point guard Reka Szucs (169-95) came up with 17 points and Serbian point guard Tijana Cukic (173-96) added 7 points respectively for PINKK-Pecsi in the defeat. Atomeromu will play against NKE-Csata (#7) in Budapest in the next round which should be theoretically another easy game. PINKK-Pecsi will have a break next round.
