Kaposvari (1-1) recorded a loss at the home court on Saturday night. Hosts were rolled over by Szedeak (1-1) 82-63. Szedeak shot the lights out from three sinking 14 long-distance shots on high 60.9 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Canadian Tyrell Green (201-95, college: UNLV) notched 27 points and 5 rebounds (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field) to lead the effort and Serbian center Nenad Sulovic (202-85, agency: BeoBasket) supported him with 14 points, 10 rebounds and 8 assists. Four Szedeak players scored in double figures. Even 16 points by American guard Reginald Johnson (191-94, college: Hampton, agency: Octagon Europe) did not help to save the game for Kaposvari. The former international power forward Roland Hendlein (206-86) added 11 points and 9 rebounds for the hosts. Kaposvari's coach Adam Fekete rotated ten players seeing no chance for a win. Szedeak will meet at home Atomeromu (#7) in the next round. Kaposvari will play against Falco-Vulcano in Szombathely and hope to win that game.
