Regular Season Round 3: KTE-Duna - Alba 75-81

There was a minor upset in Szekesfehervar where KTE-Duna (1-2) was defeated by Alba (1-2) 81-75 on Friday. Alba dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to KTE-Duna's 30. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. It was a great evening for American power forward Jordan Heath (208-91, college: Canisius, agency: Inception Sports) who led his team to a victory scoring 19 points and 5 rebounds. The former international power forward Peter Lorant (206-85, agency: Octagon Europe) helped adding 17 points and 8 rebounds. Alba's coach Branislav Dzunic used a ten-player rotation saving starting five for next games. The best for the losing side was Serbian guard Milos Dimic (195-89) with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 10 rebounds and international center Kemal Karahodzic (210-89) produced a double-double by scoring 12 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Alba will face JP-Auto JKSE (#3) in Jaszberenyi in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
