An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Sankt Petersburg. Top-ranked CSKA Junior faced 3rd ranked Zenit-2. Guests from Moscow (6-0) smashed host Zenit-2 (4-2) 101-68. The game without a history. CSKA Junior led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Zenit-2's 28. They outrebounded Zenit-2 45-29 including 30 on the defensive glass. CSKA Junior brought some defensive toughness making 8 blocks. Guard Makhar Konovalov (188-0, agency: Stanislav Ryzhov) notched 18 points, 6 rebounds and 8 assists to lead the effort and guard Kirill Savin (194-0) supported him with 22 points.
