Rather expected game when 10th ranked N.Novgorod-2 (1-7) was smashed by seventh ranked Lokomotiv-2 (4-2) in Krasnodar 81-59. The game without a history. Lokomotiv-2 led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. Guard Zakhar Vedischev (196-0) fired 25 points for the winners. Guard Alexandr Shcherbenev (188-0) chipped in 15 points and 5 assists. Center Vladimir Byrdin (206-99) produced 15 points and 5 rebounds and forward Aleksandr Chadov (201-1) added 13 points and 5 rebounds respectively for lost side. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for Lokomotiv-2. They moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Unics-2. N.Novgorod-2 lost their fourth game in a row. They keep the tenth position with seven games lost. Lokomotiv-2's next round opponent will be Unics-2 (#5) in Kazan.
