The victory was the seventh consecutive win for UMMC Ekaterinburg. Defending champion keeps a position of league leader, which they share with Dynamo K. Enisey Krasnoyarsk lost their third game in a row. They dropped to the fourth place with three games lost. They share the position with Sparta&K MR.
